Delivery Address: To ensure your order arrives safely and without delay, we are unable to ship to PO Box addresses. A valid residential or business street address is required for all orders.

Shipping Costs: Delivery charges are calculated automatically at checkout based on the products selected, the size of your order, and your delivery destination.

Made to Order: Every Sound Temple instrument is carefully prepared to order. Please allow approximately 28 business days from the date your order is placed to delivery.

Packaging & Protection: Your instruments will be professionally packaged to provide the highest level of protection during transit. Each crystal singing bowl is supplied in its own premium padded carry case and securely packed using protective shipping materials. For complete peace of mind, every shipment is fully insured while in transit.

Made to Order

Every instrument in our collection is carefully crafted and prepared specifically for you. Due to the bespoke, made-to-order nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds for change-of-mind purchases.

Order Cancellations

Once your order has been placed and confirmed, it is promptly entered into production with our manufacturing partner. For this reason, orders cannot be canceled or refunded once production has begun.

If you need to make a change to your order, such as amending a note or tuning (where applicable), please contact us as soon as possible within 24 hours at orders.soundtemple@holsticserenity.co.uk.

Whilst we will always do our best to accommodate your request, we cannot guarantee that changes can be made once production has commenced.

Damaged or Faulty Items

Every instrument is professionally packaged using premium protective materials and shipped fully insured to help ensure it arrives safely.

If your order arrives damaged or you believe there is a manufacturing fault, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include:

Clear photographs of the instrument
Clear photographs of the external and internal packaging
A brief description of the issue
